Weddings and Receptions

Wedding party preparatory suites: bride and groom will be provided with private access to accommodations and services while getting ready for the ceremony (upon request).

The Ann and Jack Graves Ballroom: can host a maximum of 400 seated guests at banquet rounds of 10 or 700 guests with theater-style seating. The ballroom boasts 30-foot ceilings and five ceiling-mounted Panasonic projectors and screens that can stream videos or slide shows in unison or independent of each other. Additional features include staging, a dance floor, tables, chairs, linens, a fully equipped catering kitchen and event planning services.

The Green: offers an expansive, lush lawn perfectly suited for tenting and a shaded grove of mature trees. Supplied with power sources at each corner, this outdoor event space is equipped to host any pre-reception, after-party or post-celebration imagined.

The Nicole J. Tucker BA’04 Garden: designed to host 30-40 guests, this space provides soothing water features and is perfectly suited for an intimate occasion.

• Select conference rooms that cater to the flow of the event are used as the groom’s dressing room and the bride’s preparatory space with private access to services.

• The walls of the Ann and Jack Graves Ballroom are lined with acoustical tiles and wood to enhance any decorative color scheme.

• The Green utilizes a specially mixed soil throughout the lawn that enables it to drain quickly for immediate event use.
