As the perfect event venue for concerts, reunions, baby showers, banquets and dinners, luncheons, holiday parties and other social occasions, the DGAC can provide a number of rooms to accommodate your guests, including a ballroom with over 5,700 square feet, as well as an outside landscape that offers an expansive, lush lawn, a private garden and a shaded grove of trees. The Ann and Jack Graves Ballroom: can host a maximum of 400 seated guests or 700 individuals with theater-style seating. Within 90 seconds, the ballroom can be converted into three independent, soundproof rooms, each with their own audiovisual capabilities. Additional amenities for this space include a large stage elegantly backed by draping up to 14 feet, adjustable lighting, dance floors, surround sound, colorful up-lighting and more.
Texas Instruments Inspiration Hall: capable of hosting 150-200 attendees or up to 400 including the Porch space. This open area is perfect for pre-event socializing, food service, cocktails, light music and post-event receptions. Continental, buffet, stationed or passed selections can be arranged at ease through Inspirations Catering from Chartwells.
The Green: offers luscious and shaded outdoor space to host a banquet or concert, and the specially mixed soil provides peace-of-mind for your outdoor event as it allows for quick draining and immediate use.
