The Ann and Jack Graves Ballroom: can hold 400-700 attendees. With over 5,700 square feet, this space can be easily converted into three separate areas and is equipped with five projectors and screens for a uniquely diverse audiovisual experience.

The conference rooms: are capable of hosting 20-40 attendees in each room. Accommodations include state-of-the-art audiovisual and communication technology, host-controlled lighting and window visibility, as well as requested office supplies, adaptive auxiliary cables and catering needs.

Texas Instruments Inspiration Hall: can hold 150-200 attendees, or up to 400 by adding in the Porch space. Continental, buffet, stationed or passed selections can be arranged at ease through Inspirations Catering, a Chartwells brand.

The Green and Grove offer an expansive, lush lawn perfectly suited for tenting and a shaded grove of trees. The Green is equipped to host any number of outdoor activities, including concerts, pre-receptions and after-parties.

The Nicole J. Tucker BA’04 Garden provides soothing water features and is perfectly suited for an intimate occasion with 30 to 40 guests.

• The DGAC lawn is treated with a specially mixed soil that enables it to drain quickly for use after inclement weather and provides power sources at each corner for outdoor activities.

• Our beautiful outdoor space is surrounded on two sides by the unique architecture of the alumni center and on its other sides by a grove of trees.

• A variety of intimate outdoor lounges are available for small groups.
