The Ann and Jack Graves Ballroom: can hold 400-700 guests. Divisible within 90 seconds, and easily converted into three separate break-out sessions or meeting areas, this space is equipped with five projectors and screens, displayed either uniformly or independently for a uniquely diverse experience.

The conference rooms: capable of hosting 20-40 attendees each, per three separate rooms. Accommodations include state-of-the-art audiovisual and communication technology, host-controlled lighting and window visibility, as well as both standard and custom-requested office supplies, adaptive auxiliary cables and catering needs.

Texas Instruments Inspiration Hall: can hold 150-200 guests or 400 attendees with the inclusion of the Porch space. This open area is perfect for pre-event registration, pre-conference breakfasts, lunches and post-event receptions. Continental, buffet, stationed or passed selections can be arranged at ease through Inspirations Catering from Chartwells.

• Surround sound, wireless amplification systems and raised staging ensure that speakers can be seen and heard by all audience members.

• Five ceiling-mounted Panasonic projectors and screens are distributed throughout the main ballroom and can used as a uniform display or manipulated independently for more diverse presentations.

• Buffet-style, on-site catering can be arranged in Texas Instruments Inspiration Hall for the convenience of your guests and to help promote attendee socialization.
