General Amenities

The Davidson-Gundy Alumni Center boasts over 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space. Our expansive ballroom can partition into three separate spaces, and we also offer multiple conference rooms, a variety of casual lounges, Texas Instruments Inspiration Hall and a wrap-around patio and porch, as well as a lush lawn for outside activities and a secluded garden for more intimate events.

The DGAC can provide on-site catering and event management resources, and our events team is willing to work with external vendors in order to achieve the desired look and feel of your event.

General amenities include:

  • 6' and 8' rectangular tables
  • Low and high cocktail tables
  • Table linens
  • Staging (includes stairs, ramps and skirting)
  • Dance floors
  • Rolling bars
  • Three portable bars and podiums
  • Built-in projectors and media screens
  • Wireless handheld and/or lapel microphones
  • Up-lighting and spotlighting
  • Laptops and complimentary Wi-Fi
  • 10' state-of-the-art mirrored display monitors
  • Schimmel concert grand piano (provided by Collora Piano)
  • Parking, security, media services and additional event needs are available upon request
